You only need read the first 10 pages or so to understand what happened. As I read this I could feel the contents of my stomach starting to churn. By the time I got to page 10 I had tears in my eyes and had gasped out loud a number of times. If this does not chill you to the bone... skip to the end of page 38 and read what the President did during this time ... "Someone is going to pay!" ... YES!
