Just a quick one... the way a blog is supposed to be!
I just read this and thought HA! the tide may be starting to turn... if they quit the salarys will go up to compensate and keep them happy eventually (hopefully sooner rather than later) the salary grows to the point where it's the same as having someone here in the US answer the phone. This coupled with a some legislation about overseas outsourcing should do the trick! All you lawmakers better recongize this problem and fast!
You've seen them splashed all over the movies... ILM has a hand in everything it seems... well have you ever visted their site? I went and found this little gem. Pretty damn cool I'd say! there is a fair amount of other cool stuff there if you dig around.
