So this is funny. Here's an article from three months ago about this "teenage wiz-kid" who was writing some super-duper filtering software for Napster. Here's an article from yesterday about how that software isn't compatible with the version of Napster you have (forcing everyone to upgrade), how it blocks "even the most obscure, uncopyrighted works" (the legal ones), and how it essentially destroyed Napster. buh bye. In a nutshell it fingerprints each song so no matter the name you can block it! Crapster bought it and now they are forcing everyone to upgrade to the new blocking version... I agree buh bye! Who cares everyone is switching to something else like WinMX(my fav) or Limewire or iMesh.
NO I WILL NOT LET UP! Ok over at channel 2 THE guy that is preempting the NASCAR is Steve Wasserman and his email addy is swasserman@click2houston.com and the "special" email just for this is nascar@click2houston.com send an email to both and let 'em know you are boycotting the local news on channel 2. ughhh!!!! Where the hell are those rabbit ears?
Ok a few days ago I mentioned MAME ... well following in the MAME tradition I found VPinMAME, these guys are emulating all the great pinball games. Yes real steel ball gravity fed pinpall machines!

For you guys who are scared to look at my links for fear that big brother in the office is snooping try this or here or if you want to pay here. They are basicaly proxy surfing sites, so when you go to http://www.ratemyrack.com all big brother will see is that you were at the shield site you chose! Use at your discretion I have not used any of these sites but I thought I'd at least let you know about them! Come on now I see you are heading for that pron site!
and speaking of Big Brother ... looks like the UK version which is running now is having problems with hackers voting online and skewing the votes see this for the details...
